The breakfast spread was amazing and had a lot of variety. I appreciated how they make sure the guest's stay is hassle-free, as they promptly handled my request for an upgraded room upon check-in, ensuring I have a pleasant stay.

Great location in a trendy neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Convenient access to tram and pier for exploring tourist sights. Comfy beds and diverse breakfast options. I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to bars and bus stations, as well as tourist sites like the Princes' Islands. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They offered room service, laundry, and airport shuttle services which made my stay very comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with amenities like a mini-bar, free toiletries, and coffee facilities. Plus, the sun terrace provided a beautiful spot to relax.

I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends without hesitation.

This hotel offered a great location in the heart of the city, close to many tourist attractions and easily accessible via local transportation. The cleanliness of the room was great, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

This hotel is perfectly located for those who enjoy the nightlife since it is situated close to many bars and clubs in Karakoy. it is only a few steps away from the tram station and many restaurants around, providing easy access to the heart of the city. The rooms are decently sized and come equipped with modern facilities such as smart TVs. The staff is very hospitable and helpful.

One downside is that the breakfast menu is not very varied.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and kind, always going above and beyond to assist their guests. The manager even upgraded our room and helped us with getting a sim card, very generous. The wifi was also excellent, with a strong and reliable signal throughout our stay. the hotel's café served great coffee, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

That the hotel did not provide adapters for the outlets, making it difficult to charge our electronic devices. This was a small inconvenience, but it would have been more convenient if adapters were available.
